      They are a bunch of f **** I had a car took of my policy and they took off the wrong one. I get pulled over for no insurance, they never sent a letter informing me that insurance off that vehicle and now won't do anything about it.

      I had an extremely disappointing experience with the ************** at GEICO, specifically with **** ********. Over the course of my issue, I left five voicemails and attempted numerous calls, all of which went unanswered. Despite my efforts to get in touch and resolve my concerns, I received no response from Mr. ******** or any resolution from GEICO regarding this matter. This lack of communication is unprofessional and frustrating, especially when dealing with an issue that requires attention and clarity. I expected better customer service from ***************************** name and department ************** **** ********

      My car was stolen and they are doing absolutely nothing to help. My claim was apparently placed on hold for not having a copy of the police report that I have to obtain myself when other insurance copies would get it. Would never recommend them to anyone!

      Geico is horrible! I was hit by someone who was insured with them. They wanted to put me in a rental that was smaller then the vehicle that was totaled. On top of that no rental companies had the vehicle in and they wouldn't upgrade. They never answer the phone, they would text me back at night, and they are a crappy company. If you are insured by them I would advise you to RUN. I've never experienced anything like this from no insurance company. These ppl are full of s*** The CEO should be ashamed that their name is attached to this business. The customer service is awful. I'm glad I'm with State Farm because they would never do this.

      I had my car insurance from geico Then moved to ** , and submitted all my documents correctly Ive been calling over and over the customer service They have no answer why i couldnt have any answer from underwriters . All the customer service say is : they didnt evaluate your documents , we have no answer AND MY INSURANCE EXPORE IN 5 DAYS Ive bem. Calling once in a week and nothing Now the customer service Tells ne that if there is no answer, they would suggest me to search for another company Ps : the following rat time i called them, tge customer service said that tgey werent accepting my HOME LEASING as a prove of residence The second one said that the problem was because my previous insurance was in massashussets None of them couldn't even explain me why a simple change of state is not working Terrible customer service Terrible team

      My husband and I have been Geico customers since the 1980s. We are searching for a new car insurance company this week though. We moved to ************** this year and we informed them of the move. We had paid them in June for six month coverage. They asked for an additional $670.63 because rates are higher in ** - which we sent them in August. So, we thought that everything was settled. Last weekend, we got a notice in the mail from the *** saying that our license plates were going to be revoked because we didnt have liability insurance. It took many, many hours to get through to anyone at Geico. They had canceled our insurance because they said we hadnt given them proof of residency by the deadline. They claimed that they had sent a letter asking for it and that they had documented that the letter was sent. We never received anything saying there was a problem. They didnt call us or text us or notify us in any way that I am aware of. So, we managed to get our insurance again, but they increased the cost almost $1000 per every 6 months because we had let our insurance lapse. We had paid our policy premiums. After decades of being loyal customers, they canceled us without notice- and then charged us more money for what they did!!! But they blamed the state of NC for what they did. I recommend finding a different insurance company. This one is not reliable or trustworthy. I wish I had known that a long time ago.

      Called Geico on Sept 11 for a QUOTE on my home. I DECLINED the policy. I then found out they processed the policy although I did not purchase it. Payment for this "new" policy was made by my mortgage company.Obviously I canceled the policy as I already have Farmers Home **************************** November 20 my mortgage company is STILL waiting on a refund check and I am stuck paying a higher mortgage ******* carefully when you ask for a quote to make sure they don't process it

      Tonight I received the worst customer service ever. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Both representatives that I spoke with were rude and unwilling to assist. They truly showed that this company does not care. I was given the wrong information and as I stayed on hold for over an hour when I finally was able to get someone on the line I was transferred 3 times. When I finally got on the line, I spoke with ******* ID NUMBER ****** Who refused to get a supervisor on the line. After asking for a supervisor 4 times I was finally connected with a rude supervisor. He ****** dismissed my issues and my feelings on the error that they made on their end. I am really disappointed in this company GEICO The worst customer service ever!

      I had Geico for 17 years. I never ever had a single claim. I always paid without any complaints. The moment I added my 21 year old son to my policy, my premium was raised abruptly. I found a better deal, I called them to let them know. Geico just wished me good luck. 17 years of being an excellent client didnt help. NO ****** to customers.
