I requested a refund from this company for a service I purchased which does not work. I have opened multiple support tickets (4140, and 4225) and requested this live on chat and they continue to defer. It has been a month and I have heard nothing back. This is regarding receipt # ***************** for one year of service that I need refunded.Initial Complaint

On 05/19/2022, I contacted AGNIK LLC, otherwise known as Vyncs, an electronic provider for vehicle trackers. I noticed that my vehicle tracker was not working. I attempted to re-connect the device before reaching out to the tech support. However, the tech support provided the same information and process to help fix the problem. After repeating this process several times and contacting tech support over the phone, I got no where but a run-around. In June, I sent the device back requesting a refund or replacement. I never heard from them since. The tracker only worked a month or two before it broke down. The company has not done a thing. (Only automated text responses generated by a computer) It is clear that they dont plan to replace or refund me any money.Initial Complaint

I signed up to Vyncs' 30 day free cancellation trial of their car tracking device. After 10 days I sent the an email asking to cancel the service, and refund me the $39.99 activation fee. No response whatsoever. Needless to say their product ans support is a complete disaster! This business is a scam. Beware buyers!!!Business response

Hello. I bought a Vyncs 4g tracker from this company from Amazon for $87.11 inSeptember of 2021. I paid for the tracker and for a year of the tracking service. Initially it worked fine. For the last 2 weeks it has not worked. It shows the location and information about the car but does not track. We have followed the online steps 4 times in order to restart it and get it back on line. I called the Vyncs technical help number and that fellow told me to fill out a ticket on line and someone would get back to me. This has been about a week ago and no one has responded. I want a new tracker please. I can mail them back the old one. My account/order number is ********************Business response

Never purchased a product from this Company. But an unknown assailant did! One of Agnik's products was maliciously installed into my vehicle without prior notice and without knowing who the individual was. I have contacted Agnik's Legal Department, have contacted their different email addresses, have spoken with representatives from Vyncs (the Main Frame Company of Agnik LLC); and no communication, solution or assistance has been received. However, a Vyncs Representative did confirm that Agnik's has full capacity and capability of releasing this information! The Police Department within my jurisdiction (East Coast of Canada) is aware of the situation and a formal complaint has been made. We have been waiting to hear back from the Company to release the Account Information, with again no means of communication back from Agnik. All I'm hoping for is the Legal Department to contact myself, for this issue to be solved and, finally, be put to rest...
