On or around August of this 2023 year, Delta-T Group sent out email letters to inform of EIN registration. Another email came with the link,website and/ or information for applying for an EIN and Delta-T Group would send it once completed. The EIN is to come via email or mail. Here it is a week from December and Delta-T Group is threatening to pull me from my assignment because they have failed to provide professional support. I did do all I am on.my end but Delta-T Group is holding me and employee fully responsible when they are the responsible parry that sent the completed form. I spoke to IRS and the EIN hotline, both stated that it is the employer/company that has to resend or resubmit. If need be I should reapply with another application. Delta-T Group is being very uncooperative in this situation by threats of unprofessional conduct. Harassing text.messages and emails after sharing what the IRS/EIN hotline told me, are taking place. Please help me with a solution to this.
