              I reached out to Nova with a question. Based on a telephone conversation, I determined that their services will not be a good fit for me. I thanked the Nova representative and indicated that I am not interested in using their company. Despite the request to stop contacting me, Nova keeps calling me and leaving me voice messages every two days. This is spam and harassment, and I want it to stop.

              **Review Title: A Complete Nightmare - Avoid NAVA Health at All Costs!** I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with NAVA Health in Columbia. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a health organization, and that's saying a lot. Their communication is abysmal—I've never encountered such negligence anywhere else. It feels like they’ve got new ownership who either don’t care about their patients or are just completely incompetent. Let me break it down: I had my blood drawn over six months ago and have spent the last four months trying to get my results. I've sent countless texts, emails, and made phone calls—all to no avail. It's as if they’re actively ignoring me! The lack of communication is beyond frustrating; it’s downright unacceptable for a health organization. To add insult to injury, I recently received a text from them reminding me to update my payment method for my yearly membership—no mention of my test results or any form of customer service follow-up whatsoever! Clearly, they're more interested in collecting payments than providing actual healthcare. If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor and steer clear of NAVA Health. They clearly prioritize profits over patient care, which is not what anyone should expect when seeking medical attention. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
