  I was seen by this med spa for lip filler that cost $750. While I was there I had gotten a quote for a few other things that the provider, Christie recommended. I had been pre approved with a financing company they use called "******". I was pre approved for $3,500 that was expiring in a few days, so they "locked it in" for the full quote amount of about $2,500. I signed my consent and scheduled an appointment with them. After leaving, I had thought more about it and decided that I no longer wanted to get anything else done other than lip filler. I explained that to the business and she said they could not refund me the financing amount since I used the ****** financing. I reached out to ****** personally to which they told me, I could have my amount changed but it has to be initially started from SomaSou, which they refused to do as they "do not do returns". I however, only received one service which was lip filler that was $750. I am now being told I have to make an appointment for a service or come in and buy product to use my $2,500 since they will not start the change with ******. I am being ******* out of my money because I do not want any service or product from this company. The company told me that I could use the financing amount for whatever I wanted, and it did not have to be what I was quoted for. But i do not want anything further from this company other than a change of my financing amount to only what I received which was lip filler for $750. I have been back and forth with the company in Cumberland and Virginia which I get no responses from or help.   Hopefully she has been taken care of.  She was a great client that there was some miscommunication with since she had financed her treatments. However, I have refunded the amount she requested so hopefully she is happy with that and if there are any other issues, she has my email address where she can contact me directly so I can continue making sure that she is taken care of.
