This contractor was hired in November 2021 to Replace a roof on my rental. They left a piece of roof trim missing. I've called them multiple times, we both agree that the roof trim was supposed to be put back in place. They keep telling me they have a work ticket open for someone to come do it. But 5 months on, no one has done this yet.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/03/29) */ My name is Bill G********** and I'm the owner of Horizons Unlimited. WE did his roof and replaced everything on contract. We looked for wood that was supposedly laying on the roof which it was not. I wasn't hired to rebuild the mans fascia wood. I will send a man out tomorrow to take a piece of wood and cut to fit. Since the wood was not available I guess I'm expected to fix his house for free. If it fell off that means it was rotten. Thanks Bill
