Purchased several items from this company with a 50% deposit given on October 7th, 2022, for the items (see attached invoices for ordered items) & free items promised after the original deadline of delivery (October 5th) and then again on October 15th was not met. My credit/debit bank card was charged on the 7th. Was supposed to receive a 10 × 20 custom printed tent, canopy tops for 10 by 10 tents, 2 - 12' by 3'-foot flutter flags, and 4 custom printed tablecloths, along with then a free custom 10 by 10 tent. (Screenshot of invoices attached). Have spent last 2 months trying to get these items and have months' worth of emails documenting all broken promises of items and of my refund. Today (Dec 11th, 2022) was the most recent communication where delivery of my items was processed. The other company email used is ********************** the designers email was **********************, shipping company email *********************  None would provide phone number or be willing to meet. Offered to meet designer to finish designs, meet owner to pick up items, as well as shipping company as well. Have contacted my bank to dispute the charge but have not seen credit applied to my account. Have contacted by Facebook marketplace as well to settle this with excuse after excuse. The do have a business license that needs to be revoked as well as the removal of all of the fake items that are listed on Facebook Marketplace. They have listings across multiple counties for many items and horrible reviews on their commerce profile. I can forward & provide additional email documentation & Facebook communications if necessary & needed to support my claims. Also have call log of the original call from Mr. Edwards in October to secure this order.

To Whom It May Concern: (I did submit a complaint through your forms as well--this is my email to the Consumer Protection Division). I am disputing the validity of this company ( Edwards Printing Company/Awesome Printing Company) and ordered and have yet to receive any product from Mr. Matthew ******** (email: ********************* and *********************** I placed an order with him on October 5th for an ad he had placed on Facebook Marketplace advertising all kinds of printing services ( *************************/?ref=permalink&tab=listings ). I was ordering a tailgate tent for my daughter's college lacrosse team, along with additional printed tops to replace on the tent we currently have. I also ordered banner/flutter flags (2) and 4 custom stretch tableclothes. I questioned Mr. Edwards on several things surrounding his business and he reassured me that he was legitimate and provided me with his business license number: ********* that I looked up and discovered was valid through 3/2025. He also proceeded to call me several times on October 7th (will send screenshot of call record from my cell phone) to answer questions about the order, discuss the items and to reassure me that I would have all items in time for an event at my daughter's college on October 15th. Because I was still a little skeptical, I arranged to only pay 50% of the order ($355.10 paid on October 7th via my bank credit/debit card) and would pay the rest upon delivery. Mr. Edwards agreed, I received an invoice with items listed, initial payment and then he handed me off to the designer to begin work on the proofs. (Including link in this to his SquareUp link for an invoice that was cancelled because I added additional items but I paid the deposit through SquareUp : **************** ) The proofs were never completed and items never received by the initial promised date. All of which were to have the designs and logos that I sent to Mr. Edwards and then again to his supposed design person "Kitty", aka Mary Lewis (email: ********************** ) for her and her team to create the proofs for these items for me to approve. I worked with Kitty for the week and received an initial "proof" which was nothing like I described. She made an excuse and blamed a problem with the computer system and not sending proofs properly and said she would work on it. She "worked" on her lies for months---she was trying to send but wouldn't go through, then they needed a software upgrade for sending the tent designs, as the tents and banner flag items were the issue. Then in installing the new software, the system's crashed and new hardware needed to be installed to support the upgraded software (October 24th) Intermittently during this time, she was periodically sick, had doctors appointments and was only working for limited hours. She at one point said she would have her best designer Tad complete my order. Again--he began working on this and then had issues sending the proofs to me. I asked them to take photos with a cell phone to show any work being done, but they stated security features on the software would block them taking screenshots or photos and only would show black/blank screens which she did send in an email on November 16th. On November 17th she sent something that looked to be a Santa Hat that I needed to open with an app I downloaded on my phone (CDR Viewer) and she claimed she couldn't figure out why it wasn't attaching my files. Finally on Friday November 25th, I received an email with what I thought was my proofs. There were attachments but the proofs were for another company who "ordered" several other items, including a tent proof. When I questioned Kitty as to why I received it, including a proof of a tent, which she always claimed to be the problem for not being able to send my proofs, I began to question her more. Again, during this time, I asked to meet to view on a computer with a designer---noone was willing to meet, their office was being renovated and they worked from their homes, etc. I asked for a photo from anyone and noone could provide it to me. I was offered a refund for any amount I had paid, along with a free 10' by 10' tent for all of my inconvenience and patience (see the invoice #2235 for the 10' by 10' tent credit) and that they would process my refund immediately. October 28th, 2022 I received an email from Amy Lee the Accounting Manager saying she would need my address to process my refund. I provided that information and for about a week, the refund showed as pending in my bank account and then dropped off. I continued to contact "Amy" about it and she said she would resubmit it but due to the Veteran's Day (November 11th) holiday in may not reflect in my account for several days. I waited and it never appeared. Amy sent emails stating she resubmitted but if I did not receive by November 23rd, to contact her and she would mail a physical check. As suspected, the refund did not appear by that date and I reached out again. She stated she would overnight a check to me on November 22nd but couldn't overnight it because of the Thanksgiving holiday but it was mailed and I should receive it by that Friday at noon. The check never arrived and I finally filed a dispute with my bank (USAA) on November 26th for the $355.10 and is still pending based on investigation. I finally decided to just approve the proofs without seeing and sent an email consenting to do so--per Kitty (Mary *****) and just hope the items would turn out to be usable. I was then guaranteed by Kitty that the items had gone to print on December 1st and it was to be delivered that day. Once they sent to the printing company (which they gave me a print confirmation number of *****, Kitty sent an email for the delivery company ( ******************** ) and basically said she was unavailable to help if there was an issue with the delivery (like she knew there would be) I had still not received the items by the evening, I began messaging Mr. Edwards again both by copying him into the emails to the shipping company, as well as on Facebook Messenger. Over the last week or so, I was promised several delivery dates and times, to which obviously no product arrived. Mr. Edwards himself was suppose to deliver this past weekend (beginning on Dec 8th) but then his mother mysteriously got ill and he put it on his assistant "Ken" (no last name) to deliver by end of day Sunday to no avail. During the last several weeks, I indicated that I would be reporting to this office and was given several sob stories by Mr. Edwards. In conclusion--I asked for multiple photos, offered to meet to complete this order and delivery multiple ways and noone could comply. It has been over 2 months since I started this and I am asking for your help, it not only getting my refund but to also get my items as promised--either by Mr. Edwards company or if I need to order from someone else and Mr. Edwards pays for them. Not only was a refund promised, but the free tent and several mentions of either an Amazon gift card or $250 in additional items. I want all of that to help me actually purchase these if he cannot provide them. I have estimated a refund of $1215.75 to cover the items from the invoices plus the additional $250 amount promised as an Amazon gift card or service. I am also asking that you review and suspend his business license in Maryland,as I have discovered on his Facebook Marketplace profile, several other reviews where people have indicated the exact same story that I am telling. I want someone to invstigate all of the items that he has listed across multiple counties and have them removed as an online presence and make sure that he cannot scam other individuals in the future. He has listing across other states when you review the Facebook listings and needs to be shut down. Also--at some point during the last few weeks, I had copied this office in on emails on or about December 1st with the shipping company and Mr. Edwards copied about these items not being delivered despite being promised. Please let me know the easiest way to share the month's worth of emails --can I forward to an email address? I can easily print the invoice and several of the relevant emails but the length and amount of them would be a novel to print. If necessary, I will do so. Looking for guidance as to exactly what to send with my confirmation email when I do mail. Thank you, Christine *** *** **** ***** ***** ******* ** ***** ************

      ***Document Attached***
I have attached additional documents-primarily screenshots of Mr. Edwards horrible reviews on Facebook Marketplace. He disallowed any future comments to be made showing he had scammed multiple people and never provided the items he promised but took their money.
I have also enclosed screenshots of several emails promising full refund, free order and also his special for those that ordered these tents from him for our inconvenience.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not received a full refund from the business owner. Again---he lies. I am still having to dispute with my financial institution who has not received payment from Mr. Edwards company.

Attaching snips from USAA bank showing it is still pending and waiting on response from vendor.

The agreement was full refund and my items delivered personally to me by Mr. Edwards. I am attaching full conversation from Facebook with Mr. Edwards as a PDF document.

I would like to utilize the mediation and binding arbitration for this case.

I am looking for my refund immediately and the items that were promised to be delivered---excluding the refund.

I was promised the refund for my inconvenience in the delay of receiving my items and still to receive my items personally from Mr. Edwards.

If he cannot create the order, then he needs to have someone that can do and give to me as promised in multiple emails and Facebook messages which I previously attached.

I have filed a complaint with the State's Attorney as well and hoping you can forward this information and case submission to them as additional evidence for their review.

I want his business license revoked and all of his fraudulent ads removed from the social media platforms in which he has them listed.
He still has items listed for sale which he is scamming other people out of money all over Facebook marketplace.

      Looking for a status update.
My bank as of today is still showing the refund as "pending", so him saying that it was completed is false.
Please see the attached snip showing that my bank is still waiting on a reply.
