At Williams Used Cars & Trucks, we pride ourselves on Making sure that we help our customers as best as we can, and it's clear that in this instance, we fell short of our own standards.
I appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention. Feedback from our customers is invaluable as it helps us to improve our services and ensure that incidents like this do not happen in the future.
I am having a hard time locating your information in our system. Can you please Provide me any other names that may be on this account and the year you purchased this vehicle so I can help assist you better. You stated in your complaint that you have been making payments since Feb of 2018. Did you purchase in 2018 or 2017? Our System does not show any of that. If you can provide me with your Contract and or Bill of sale I am sure something can be explained. As I am looking at the complaint I am not sure your complaint is with the dealership. You have not received anything from the Dealership. Your Loan would have been between you and ****. I am glad to look into this matter for you.

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with Williams Used Cars & Trucks, an automotive company, which I believe requires your permission intervention. My complaint pertains to the overcharging of fees with interests on my 2014 Ford Explorer, which has already been fully paid for through financing. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter directly with Williams Used Cars & Trucks, I received a letter stating that I owe a remaining balance of $4,694.00 as of April 17, 2023. This has caused significant confusion on my part as I have diligently made payments of $451.03 per month since February 28, 2018. Furthermore, upon purchasing the vehicle, we agreed upon a $1000 car trade-in from February 28, 2019, to January 14, 2024. Despite my compliance with the agreed-upon terms, I am still being charged additional payments for my vehicle. I must emphasize that I have never missed a payment, as the amount is automatically deducted from my account. It is disheartening to face such a situation, and I am hopeful that the Better Business Bureau can help rectify this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
