When i first moved here, i thought i was getting a great deal. Military housing near my husbands office, utilities included, a sense of community and a fair price. Did i get this? Mostly... Maintenance in this community is nauseating. Ive had 24 hour maintenance advise me to open a window when my system broke, it was 85 degrees inside during the summer and i have a child and pet. I currently have cracking chipped ceilings that are a nightmare to have repaired. Mold issues that they just put bleach and move on. My stove went out, and it was a month before it was replaced. My tub broke, 6 months before i was able to use that bathroom again, the only bathroom which had a tub for washing my daughter. In home floods from the HVAC system, water damage evidenced in multiple rooms. Is this worth my sanity?
I recently put a request to move to another unit so they can complete the repairs in this unit, a month later and im still waiting. Yet, i was sent a lease renewal notice in which the rent will be increased.

Treating military families like this, forcing these unsafe conditions is disgusting. Honestly i dont know how much fight i have left in me but if this review can spare even one family it is worth it. $2500+ a month for everything i have described to you plus more i just cant fit into this box and is still ongoing. Heed my advice friends, it isnt worth it here.
