To Bank of America over a period of years. They failed to close the accounts when requested and agreed to my phone and my written request to stop payment to America Water resources from my account. One account supposed to have closed out the number ****. I have vision problem due to age and they seem to never get my account correct that I have been paying over eight years. I frequently requested of them to close my account. Please view my payments and balances that change without my use.
