I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED THESE PEOPLE TO REMOVE MY NAME AND ADDRESS FROM THEIR MAILING LIST AND THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THIS SIMPLE BASIC REQUEST. EVERY YEAR AS SOON AS THE WEATHER STARTS TO TURN EVEN REMOTELY WARM, THEY BEGIN HOUNDING ME WITH THEIR JUNK MAIL. THEY ARE PAYING A MARKETING COMPANY CALLED *** ********* TO CONSTANTLY SEND ME CRAP ABOUT THEIR SERVICES WHICH I DO NOT NOR WILL I EVER WANT. I HAVE EVEN ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THESE MARKETING PEOPLE *** IN AN EFFORT TO GET MY NAME AND ADDRESS OFF THEIR MAILING LIST ALL TO NO AVAIL. THE JUNK MAIL HAS STARTED AND IT WILL NEVER STOP UNTIL NEXT WINTER. IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT I HAVE HAD TO WASTE MY TIME TRYING TO GET THESE PEOPLE TO STOP HARASSING ME WITH THEIR CRAP JUNK MAIL. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FROM THEM IN THE MAIL EVER!! I DO NOT WANT TO BE SOLICITED BY THEM IN ANY MANNER!!! THEY ARE PAYING A MARKETING COMPANY TO HOUND ME WITH JUNK MAIL THEREFORE IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET THESE PEOPLE TO STOP SENDING ME THEIR CRAP IN THE MAIL. NaturaLawn of America incessantly texts and robocalls from multiple offices (Frederick, Manassas), despite repeated requests to stop. I have never used their service and given their disrespect of my time/interest I would never recommend them.Initial Complaint

I paid this company over $2000 to get rid of the weeds in my yard over the last 2 years. They keep coming up with excuses as to why they are not doing what they were hired to do 2 years ago.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/15) */ This consumer concern may be moved to the correct accredited BBB service provider: NaturaLawn of America - ***************, PA. We appreciate **** reaching out with his concern. The issue in dispute has been discussed many times. *** ********* spoke to a golfing friend of his who claimed that weeds can be controlled indefinitely with 2 applications of weed control. We explained to Rick that indefinite weed control/prevention does not exist. It has been discussed multiple times that weed control being applied is to kill the weeds that are present on his property, but there is no residual control to prevent new broadleaf weeds from germinating. He believes that once weed control is applied, everything should be eradicated and nothing new should grow. Unfortunately, that is not possible. Weeds are opportunistic; they will grow where there is room for them to grow. We informed **** and his wife that they were entitled to free service calls while they were active on our program and any time in between scheduled applications that they felt the lawn required additional attention, all they had to do was call or email us and we would be out within two business days to assess and/or make treatment to the lawn. When working with a manager, *** ********* acknowledged that the overall lawn condition was improving but he did not understand why he still had broadleaf weeds appearing. It was explained again at that time that weeds will continue to germinate in areas where there is room. The only way to assist in preventing weed growth was to continue promoting the thickening of the lawn with his annual free seeding in combination with his annual core aeration. Regretfully, we were unable to meet ****** expectations and the account was cancelled on 4/4/22 due to non-payment of services. NaturaLawn of America has been servicing Broomall and the surrounding areas for over 30 years providing homeowner's a safer alternative to traditional lawn care practices. We have made a decision that the open balance on the account will be credited for this consumer as a good faith gesture and we wish him the best with finding a provider that can meet his expectations. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to ****** concerns.
