I filed an insurance claim with my insurance company with the help of Nationwide Exteriors. It started with an initial consultation and evaluation of my repair needs. The team was very informative plus kept me informed with all that was going on the claim and repairs. They had a backlog with other customers and weather conditions. They managed to get past those issues and got to me soon. When they finally got to my project everything was on point. They expedited the process of the project and got the job done fabulously. I had my both roof and siding. I couldn’t ask for a better job. I’m completely satisfied with the work of Nationwide General Contracting of Maryland, LLC lead by the project lead, Aaron Beaty. It feels like i live in a totally new home. I must say that it was a job well done and all the work was completely covered by insurance except my deductible.Review from Drew N

In the end, I got my roof and siding replaced and 100% covered by my insurance, but it was a long process. The company seems to have done good work on the installation, and the house is looking great. Since Jonathan became our point of contact, everything has gone smoothly. Our earlier contacts at the company were good at chasing insurance coverage but disappointing when it came to customer service. My sense is that there have been internal changes at the company over the time that I was working with them, and there were times that I could relate to the more negative reviews here. But in the end my work was all done well and the insurance paid (including recoverable depreciation) despite the delay. I would work with Jonathan again, although hopefully I won’t have more hail damage any time soon.Review from Charles D

Aaron and Jon were very helpful during the process. The installation of our siding was quick and it looks fantastic. The crew clean up everything before they left. Very happy with the work done.Review from Brian B

All good reviews must be fake. They are storm chasers. My roofing and siding job cost my insurance 69,000 dollars for roofing, siding and gutters. A year later, my neighbor had similar work completed (the project was completed 10x faster than mine which took 8 months) with identical materials for 27K (roofing, siding, gutters, shingles and new door).Review from Jessica R

They took my insurance money 14 weeks ago and have not completed the job after we were told 4-6 weeks. The salesmen Bill ***** has block my number and has hung up on the insurance agent. I am trying to get a refund and a manger will not call me.Review from Becky F

NEX was on the case when we had the hail storm. They visited every home in our neighborhood. They were very responsive and confident in their claim and that it would be covered. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The siding was done in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up everything and did the best they could to not disturb the flowerbeds or shrubs too much. We would use them again.
