Hi , FCC (First call contractor company) change my sidding in last JAn 2022 and have 2 years warranty on their labor for siding of my house. First week of march 2023 we had a wind strom and my house siding came of from teh came side which they replaced last year. I called them for repai and now they refuse to do it under warranty. Icalled other contractor and my insurace said its labor issue as they dindt fix replace the siding properly and its labor issue. I need help with the FCC company as they are not helping me at all and very bad attitude with me even not answering teh call and rude behavior when i talkto them. Its teh whole house garage wall issue.Business response

Please refer to #3 of the terms and conditions in our contract that the homeowner provided which states the following. 3. THE COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES FROM RAIN, FIRE, TORNADO, WINDSTORM OR OTHER PERILS AS IN NORMALLY CONTEMPLATED TO BE COVERED BY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE OR BUSINESS RISK INSURANCE, OR UNLESS A SPECIFIED WRITTEN AGREEMENT BE MADE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK.
Additionally, I have attached photos of repairs that the homeowner requested and I did as a free of charge service because I was out of town chaperoning my daughter’s school trip and needed time to be able to get back to properly address the situation. When meeting the homeowners at their home to discuss this I was yelled at to the point I had to say if you’re going to continue yelling and disrespecting me as a human I will have to walk away and the homeowner then asked me to leave.

A separate company’s opinion doesn’t change the contract that was signed by the homeowner nor the fact that this damage is from a windstorm.

Better Business Bureau:
I would like to reject the offer of Arbitration for complaint ID ********. The damage is form wind strom but its a poor workman ship, due to this the dmage is exctly from teh same wall and same place which FCC changed it and in teh cntract they provide two year labor warranty.
Please provide the fact that why its not covered under the warranty and i need the proof of facts provded by FCC.
Online wind is 20 mph on that day and this damage is under 2 year labor warranty, FCC needs to accept their mistake for poor labor workerman ship and covered under the 2 year warranty as per contract. FCC also signed the same contract which i provided earlier in the attachment.
