I had a scheduled appointment to get my hair done on April 9, 2022. I've been going to the salon for 6 months. I showed ***** the owner a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like she said okay. My hair doesn't look like the picture. When it was time to pay for services that were not rendered she charged me $300! I asked for an itemized receipt I've yet to receive, and I asked her to fix my hair since she doesn't have a refund policy. She made an appointment for me to come in and cancelled it and said she was busy. Her prices aren't listed in her salon only on her website. If I new this was going to cost $300 I would've said "I can't afford this" this is bad business and on top of it she changed me a 50% cancellation fee and didn't advise me that she was charging me again there are no policy's listed, no prices listed. I had a family emergency and was not able to come in and did notify her of this. She failed to tell me that she was charging me $100 for a missed appointment. This is very shady for a business owner. I paid $300 for something that I didn't get and wouldn't have spent $300 had I known this is what it was going to cost. She didn't want to fix it, and I have messages that say "give it time Your hair will look like the picture" if you pay for a service and if your not happy it should be refunded or corrected. She didn't want to do either. I've never spent $300 in the 7 months I've been going to this salon. That was a complete shock to me. I'm walking around with a $300 hair style and have know idea what cost so much. After reviewing her website; this is where I found her prices and cancellation policy that should be posted in her salon. This is very bad customer service when she cancelled my appointment to fix my hair I didn't charge her a fee. My hair is starting to break off. I asked for something to be done that I don't think she could do. So she just did what she thought would be okay it's not okay How can a business owner do this?Business response
