      Item ID: ********* Item: Adjustable Electric Spin Scrubber Turbo Purchased 2/20/22 Received 2/23/22. Started Return process with emails 2/24/22. I have been trying to send the damaged item back for a refund since 2/24/22. Still no resolution. Proexpress Distributor LLC has attempted to negotiate with me about my refund. I have declined their refund amount and have asked for a QR code so I can take the item back to Walmart for my full refund. I've yet to receive anything pertaining to taking the item back or my refund. I sent them photos of the damaged item and I have a long email thread discussing my refund and I've asked several times for a QR code to take the item back to Walmart so that I can get my full refund.       Purchased a car stereo through Walmart.com and received an opened item wrapped in bubble wrap with no wiring instructions or users manual from this company. I asked them several times for the paperwork and was sent a page of useless information, so I asked for a refund and a shipping label. They have me jumping through hoops trying to get my money back and I just want rid of them, the item and have my money returned.

      I order a product (Car Radio) thinking it was Walmart.com on 12/09/21 It was improperly packaged and damaged threw Proexpress distributor LLC I have no audio to the radio and it was fully connected by a professional. I would like a return shipping label and my money back!
