Update This contractor lost a judgment in District Court in St Mary's County for the amount of $5000. Contractor refuse to pay in full or return any funds to customer as of September 25, 2022, within five months of onset of issues with this contractor that started on April 1, 2022. If the BBB system would allow me not to give a star I would. This contractor does not deserve a star. I loss more money behind this contractor and follow through the complaint process to protect the next person.Review from Lanee C

This company has a Home Improvement scam on a Pest Control contract agreement and is not license in the State of Maryland for Home Improvement. Not one project out of two started has been completed in full after 5 weeks. The major work that this contractor was hired for has never been started. The work that was done is not completed and wrong material used for example the paint is not adhering to surface of concrete steps, walkway and not completed in front of garage after 5 attempts; this is causing an environmental hazard to the land around it with each rain fall. Rebuild shed ramp is not completed and may not be build to specification. This contractor came to my home with a Real Estate agent. This contractor was paid in advance of any work $5000 over 1/3 of the contract agreement to get this project started and supplies order to complete project in one week to place home for Sales. The contractor refuse to refund the difference from the $5000, to obtain more than the contract agreement. There is more that I am not saying because the actions of this contractor require further investigation.
