First & only Aptmt, requested my full medical record including copies of imaging w/receptionist before the test and after the test. Appointment was for imaging. Date of service no diagnosis or copies of records. Called same day, requested records & numerous follow up phone calls. Employees stated private med records sent via snail mail. Stated sent them via link October 6.Called to inform them could not open link. No records attached. Employees make false statements, say they do not have provide full med records (images) w/o specific detailed request images separately. Images ARE medical record. 67 days later, loaded "interpretation" w/diagnosis patient portal; after told they are breaking federal law. Given number vendor Philippines to contact org in Georgia for disc to be mailed. Person called to pick up disc @ dr ofc. Called back - They lied - no disc was there. THEY Requested my medical records (disc) be mailed to 1 of their offices, Not me. 71 days & continue to lie & state didn't request images specifically by requesting ALL medical records. Stated they do not have to provide directly. Doctor stated would treat each vein separately & I'd have to make several visits, found suspicious given my previous treatments. Goal was to charge the insurer as much as possible without providing medical records/ written diagnosis. Lies, misrepresentation & the attempt to defraud my insurers by prolonged treatment without a written diagnosis day of apptmt is astounding. Staff continues to lie & misrepresent the truth. I JUST WANT MY RECORDS!!! Insurers pay for new test OR - may have to pay out of pocket insurers already paid for these tests & I have to do them again as soon as possible due to the risk to my health. I just wanted them to give me my records:(. In my case my cardiologist referred me to a new care provider as my venous insufficiency increases cardiac risk. Reprehensible - look online - many people having my same experience. RUN AWAY!Review from Sarah A

WARNING - PLEASE DO NOT make an appointment with the Center for Vein Restoration. As a professional nurse the care was unprofessional. The business model is to keep the patient in the Center for Vein Restoration system of care. The objective is to make as much revenue from patients without quality of care. I am having an extremely difficult time getting my medical records sent to a major medical center to move forward with my care. Please DO NOT use this service. They do not care about patient care. They want your insurance money.Review from Lisette P

The ultrasound tech is not professional. Her refusal and her choice to accept a patient who was almost 15 minutes late over my appointment in which I was on time for made a clear and bold statement that she did not care or respect my time. How is it fair to make me wait for an appointment I was on time for and she was available. Seem to me there was some form of inherent bias or discrimination in her decision making. I will not return for services.Center for Vein Restoration Response

I shared the comment with the practice and asked about the incident. We reviewed the schedule and records for the patient seen before and the patient making the complaint. First, CVR is a Phlebology (vein) practice and some locations offer a 24-hour "DVT" Clinic. Community physicians refer their patients with DVT-like symptoms (Leg pain, swelling, tissue changes) to rule-out or diagnoses and treat emergency leg DVT (blood clots that could travel to lungs or brain). The patient Ms. B**** referred to as "late" was actually a patient referred by her Family Physician to our 24-hour "DVT" clinic and got lost driving to the center. Walk-in or referred DVT patients are seen on an Emergency basis and take priority over scheduled patients. As limited by our HIPAA policy, staff could not explain or disclose these facts to Ms. Burke. The staff should have explained there is an emergency that needed to be addressed. Second, the statement of "Seem to me there was some form of inherent bias or discrimination in her decision making," was a complete misinterpretation of the situation and does not reflect the employment culture of CVR. CVR is a melting pot of nationalities and our Corporate HR, Compliance and Operations Dept training and communications foster and instill sensitivity when providing customer service. Poor communications with the patient was the main contributor here. We will reach-out to the patient as this is the first we are hearing of her issue.Review from Nat O.

I business is a rip off. After I made all the payments I was billed, they sent me a refund. I then began receiving additional bills from them without an explanation for the additional charges. U then receive a collection notice for what they said I owed. I would never recommend this company because of their poor billing practices!
