I ordered kitchen cabinets from this company under the impression that they order directly from the supplier (Golden Homes), I went back and forth with Barb ****** about drawings and ensuring the correct order would be placed. 50% cash deposit was given on 12/7 to place the order. I was told delivery would be 2-3 weeks. Due to supply chain issues, delivery of items was later than expected, which is fine given the circumstance. When we received the cabinets on 1/21, I was told there are some doors missing which would arrive as soon as they are in stock. My dad and my fiance began setting up some of the cabinets when we realized the end pieces are missing, as well as some hinges and a piece for the sink. I informed Barb ****** of this immediately and she told me she would look into the matter, she said they might be in their warehouse or at a different warehouse. I contacted her several times throughout the waiting period to find out what is going on with my panels, each time she said she will find out and call me back, meanwhile I never received a call back. On one of my attempts, Barb informed me that she never ordered the panels and the piece for the sink, this was 6 weeks after the delivery of the cabinets (it took her that long to realize), she said they should come in 3 weeks (9 weeks total since delivery of cabinets). Barb said she tried to find a place that sells them for cheaper since she had to pay for them (my invoice shows that my cabinets come with the finished end panels). I went to talk to them in person at week 9 of waiting, begging for answers and a refund given how long this process has taken, and the carelessness of the company. I have been without a kitchen now for 4 months, and am now being told they are not sure when the panels will be coming in, at the same time refusing to refund my money so I can order them elsewhere. I was left with no other option except to wait, without a kitchen. I feel frustrated and helpless.Business response
