      I originally signed up for **************** credit repair services in April of 2022. I told him my finacial goals and was assured his company would get major results. The fee that he asked me to zelle him was $550.00 and agree to paying 27.99 monthly for a separate credit monitoring company . After the first 2 rounds of the credit repair I began to get alerts saying that my score was decreasing . ************* insisted I keep my credit at a stand still and allow the contract to complete before wanting a refund. After 6 months of the program there has been lack of results, communication and professionalism . I have recorded messages of him promising to help because I have received none of his highly advertised results. I asked for at least half of the payment back due to not having any change on my credit profile . We are now in a heated debate and I feel absolutely scammed. I am now asking for a full refund for the lack of communication and the fact that none of his advertisement has proven to be real.

      Reached out to this so called credit repair company to get help with my credit. Paid him money. Now he doesn't respond to phone calls nor does he respond to messages. Nothing has been done with my credit

      I hired This company to assist me with deleting wrongful information on my credit report. I was made to pay upfront. However come to find out this company falsely misrepresented itself and their capabilities. To make matters worst I requested a call them on several occasions to ask questions and get a better understanding of their processes they use. Needles to say I didn’t receive a call, only texts stating “I’m the owner I don’t handle daily operations,” I have a team,”and “I am on vacation out of the country.” So after failed attempts to get in contact with this company directly after multiple attempts. I decided to cancel services and request a refund since I haven’t submitted everything but my ID for them to conduct their business. Then Mr. H**** try’s to state we’ve started to not issue my refund I requested. For anyone wanting to do business with this company please do yourself a favor DON’T & RUN as fast as you can. The headache from simply trying to get questions answered isn’t worth it. Hopefully I can save someone else from the trouble and stress from being defrauded by this company. The address they have listed as their business location is a paid ******* address to help hide their fraudulent practices.

      I hired Jaron H********* for credit repair services October 27, 2021. The total payment was $698.00 via **** *** to user (********** Identifier #*******. He advertised credit repair services via ********* and I needed my credit repaired badly. After spending about an hour on the phone with Jaron H*******, he assured me that he could assist, he knew people in high places (CFPB) and that there was nothing on my report that he could not remove or assist with. In March of 2022, I started noticing that there were many late payments, collections, and personal information on my credit report that should not still be there after 6 months of so called credit repair. I reached out to the company via the initial method of communication and waited over a week for correspondence, I reached out again, and was told that I was communicating with Jarons assistant and he would need to reach out to Jaron for more details regarding the next steps but the next step was round 2. After reaching out to Jaron on Instagram, I was advised by him that credit repair takes time and round one consists of removing inaccurate names and addresses however, after round 1, my name was still spelled incorrectly on my credit report and addresses I never lived at still remained. Everything that was on my report in October when I hired him was still there over 6 months later so I paid for credit repair and nothing was repaired or even attempted being there were still inaccurate spellings of my name on all 3 reports. I am reporting this company and its owner as fraudulent and being in news articles and news means nothing, that does not make you credible or professional and he is neither nor is he professional or an honest business man. I no longer wish to do business with him and will not but I am requesting a refund plus legal.

      I paid $1000 for six months of credit repair. During the course of the six months all this company did was send out one round of letters disputing my name and address information. When I used their portal to request updates I received no feedback. When I emailed them Jaron gave me his personal number and advised he will update me. This was about four months on maybe around January. I never heard anything back. Finally after being so frustrated I texted Jarons personal phone a few days before April 1st, the date my contract ended. I asked him for an update he responded very unprofessional telling me he got me. Yet he never responded. Finally the next day I texted him if he would like to return my $1000 dollars before I report him for fraud/scam. Ultimately he refused to returned the money and offered six more months of service. He stated some people want something for free. I explained to him I have no problem paying for a service, but when the work is clearly not done thats a different issue. Jaron admitted that nothing was done to my file, says there was no access to my portal. I questioned if that was the case why is it no one reached out to me prior to that day. That day I changed my password with Experian that gave them access to my credit report. I no longer believed in him, his company or trusted him.

      This credit repair service is a scam. I purchased the $898 repair plan for credit restoration and regular expert advice. The JKEES LLC (Credit Repair) did not produce any changes to my report or score in the last 12 months. Additionally, the JKees team was not responsive in a timely manner (No response since JAN 2022)

      On June 15, 2021 @ 1:06 PM I booked a consultation with the Owner Jaron H**** in regards to his services for June 15, 2021 @ 2:00PM. Mr. H**** and I had our consultation and I sent over $100 @ 5:51 via ******* to start the process. Once we determined which service would best suite me I sent the final payment of $798.00 via ******* @ 2:30 on 6/16 for 6 months of service. On July 6, 2021 Mr. H**** and his team performed their first month of service. After not seeing anything from his team for a few months, I sent an email on 10/4 asking for an update as nothing had changed on my end nor had their been a lapse in any of my monitoring services. On 10/21 I sent a follow-up email as I had yet to hear from anyone regarding this matter. On 11/1 @ 12:09 pm I get a text saying they ran my file and showing me what they did. I responded to that text @12:16 letting them know I sent several emails requesting to speak with someone with no answer. On 11/2 @9:23 they respond with an apology and excuse stating they had a child early and was done but said they were working on my account, and as a courtesy they would extend my contract and Mr H**** would call me when he had a moment. I let him know there was no need to extend the contract until I spoke to Mr. H****. On 11/5 I get an email showing what they did on my file and I immediate send a text again stating not to touch my file until I speak to Mr H**** or someone as we were already 5 months in and they only did 1 month worth of work. On 11/8 @ 1:44 I was reassured they would forward my concerns over to Mr. H**** as soon as he returns from vacation. Today @ 12:05 I sent out a message stating it has been over a month almost two with no contact from Mr H**** and would be filing a complaint. They replied @ 12:34 with an update and then stated Mr. H**** would call me soon. Being frustrated with all the excuses I asked they stopped reaching out with the excuses @12:35pm on 12/21.
