I made it there at 8:45am to be seen at 9am for when the business opened. No one was there till 9:45am and he was rude when some individuals asked him a reason for his lateness; stating he left his key in his church jacket at home. He was rude, condescending and is just a money hungry owner. He was snarky when I accidentally filled out on a box wrong on the fingerprint form as the instructions weren't very clear; trying to belittle me and make me feel like an idiot. The owner made me feel uncomfortable with how he spoke to me and I witnessed him being rude to others clients there. When he took my mother's fingerprints, he didn't explain anything to her and just snatched her hand, being rough. I left a review on his ****** review to warn other people of my experience and he replied back saying "paperwork isn't nuclear science" and "that I'm a perfectionist with no flaws." Which I feel is insulting especially when other clients; like myself are immigrants and speak little to no English and they need. He needs to work on his customer service as many other people have complained about his treatment towards others.
