Horrible company! They were contracted through a broker to move my belongings from the mid-west to the northwest. They were over a month late on delivery!!! I literally sat in an empty house for weeks. I had to go out and buy a mattress, dishes, even new clothes. They continually lied to me about when my belongings would be delivered. They finally delivered a month after they were suppose to - on a Sunday night! They broke a large branch off of the tree in my front yard trying to park their truck. The driver argued with me about final payment, saying he needed cash and wasn't going to take the certified check I'd had gotten from my bank, I had to call his dispatcher and get him to tell the driver to accept the check. Then he told me it would take 45 minutes to unload. It took over 3 hours! Many of my boxes were literally smashed. Furniture that "they" had wrapped and packed was scratched and dented. Large framed prints which they had packed had broken glass. When I opened some of the crushed boxes, a large number of my items were broken beyond repair. I later found a box of items that didn't belong to me and when I called to tell them they didn't seem concerned and offered no way to get the box to its rightful owner. Because they brought all of the boxes in the house first they couldn't put the furniture where it was supposed to go so they just shoved it in anywhere that it would fit. They tracked in dirt and gravel and ground it into my carpet. The took frequent smoking breaks and the driver at one point started giving me a hard time about having too much stuff for one person. It was after midnight when they left and the next morning I found a pile of cigarette butts and fast food trash dumped in my front yard. This all happened in May 2021. It's now December 2021. I've been fighting with this company for over 7 months! They've lied to me about reimbursement, saying they sent it but it was returned because they didn't have my correct address. They had my correct address when they finally delivered so why wouldn't they still have it? They lied to me about reimbursing me through an electronic deposit. Then they stopped taking my phone calls and they won't return messages. I tried to get resolution through the broker, A Plus Moving and Storage out of Ormond Beach, FL, but they are almost as bad. Maybe FastLink isn't even in business any longer, but if they are NEVER EVERY USE THEM!!!!
