I had a rapid Covid test done on Nov 9th, I paid $150 out of pocket. I filed a claim to my insurance. My insurance is requesting a itemized bill. They said the receipt I sent with the claim is not an itemized bill. I contacted this company asking for a itemized bill. They left me know that is what they gave me, I said my insurance is saying it does not have all the information on it that they need n that's it not an itemized bill. They are now telling me I will have to come back to their office with my card that I used so they can look up my information and give me a itemized bill. They are telling me all their other customers never had this issue. I work 12-16 hr days and I don't understand why I have to drive to Md from Pa to give them my card so they can find my information n print me an itemized bill. Is there anything that you can do to help expedite this issue so I can get reimbursed.Business response

Are you a legit company?Just send me the infomation i am requesting so i can refile a claim with my insurance, since you told me at the appointment i would need to do this but now are refsuing me the infomation i need.
