I have approached this business about repairing my car. I have the money to pay for the repairs. They have refused to schedule an appointment with me saying that they do not want my money, they want to talk to my insurance company. My insurance company has returned their phone call and told them to deal directly with me. I would like my car repaired and to pay the bill. I can pay in cash and if they begin the repair and find more damage and need more money, I can pay those extra charges. My money is as green as anyone else's and I don't understand why they are unwilling to fix my car for cash.Initial Complaint

I was in an accident on Sept 2, 2022. My truck was taken to Collisons Automotive on Sept 21 to be have rear-end damage fixed through insurance claim. I told the manager that the liner in the bed of my was still under warranty from June 9 and should be taken to Line X. The receptionist asked that the paperwork be emailed to them and said that my truck would be taken there to not void my warranty. On Nov 7 I was told my truck was ready. Blue paint was on the back panel and bed of my truck, scratch on the new rear bumper, driver's side tail light was cracked with water in it, part of the liner had been cut out and bolts were not covered with spray liner and started to rust from rain, tool used to cut the liner were left in the back of the truck. I was told the owner was out of town for over a month and doesn't have enough staff to do the work. He told me the call should have never been made, the work wasn't done. I told him that the screws that were exposed needed to be lined with the part that they cut during repair. On Nov 14 I was told to pick up my truck, bumper had been fixed but the bed liner was not done. A sticky, gummy concoction was put on the screws and cut portion that peeled off. The owner told me he knew I wouldn't approve of the mixture he put on the screws because it didn't match the rest of the liner and was too thin. Papers were sent three times, Oct 13 at 10:13am and Nov 7 at 10:44am and 10:45am. No attempt had ever been made to contact LineX, I was told that I had to take it up with the insurance company. I refused my truck and told them the liner needed to be fixed. I called on Nov 28 at 3:45pm and was told the owner would call. I called back on Nov 29, owner was rude and said he was done with my truck, that I needed to call the insurance agency and get my truck off his lot. White paint was on the driver's side front bumper red paint on the left side of the front bumper. My truck was parked 5 inches away from a side gate of the lot overcrowded lot.
