Work was completed by Lazo Landscaping at my neighbors home. Prior to completing this work, on 07-12-22, a Lazo Landscaping dump truck released an empty container on the street in front of my home. The container damaged the asphalt in 2 locations resulting in significant sized divots with cracking and crumbling. I called the main office on the same day and was referred to Antonio; to which I provided pictures and security video of their truck damaging the street. I was told by Antonio that they would repair the damage, however, he has not responded to my calls or texts or followed up with a phone call to give me a date on when this will be done.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/20) */ We spoke to the costumer **** **** on 7/20/22 around 1:15pm and explained to him our concerns to him if we did the repair, to the damaged area on the road. That the damages were not going to get any worse than what they are now. We explained to him that the road doesn't belong to the H.O.A nor does it belong to any individual homeowner. But that it belongs to the county. We did explain to the costumer the only way we could repair the damaged area would be by saw cutting a 10''x10'' or a 12''x12'' square area and backfill area/compact area w/blacktop. We also explained to the costumer that the patch would be very noticeable, and Mr. Eliot agreed with us to proceed with the repairs on the damages. We agreed to get the repairs done between 7/21/22 through 7/29/22 weather permitting. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/08/11) */ As of today's date, 08-11-22, no repairs have been completed. Contract Signed on 10/1/21 Lazo Landscaping has been contacted multiple times over the past three weeks in reference to issues that need to be corrected. Multiple phone calls have gone unanswered and one phone call returned by Ms. Jose stating "just give me a couple days." Mr. Jose has not returned any calls since then and has not addressed the problems I have pointed out. The first issue was address early on in the construction and that is the patio was installed over the existing patio. I questioned why the existing patio was not removed and Mr. Jose assured me "it will be OK". I expressed my concerns that the new patio would be higher then the door thresholds. Mr. Jose assured me that "the new patio will be below the thresholds of the sliding glass doors and the back door." The sliding glass door threshold is below the new patio and the new patio blocks the weep holes on the door and water is trapped between the threshold and the new patio. There are three damaged blocks two on the patio and one on the stone foundation wall. Lazo Landscaping was contracted to install 30-38 led lights, there are only 27 lights installed. The power cord for the lighting that was installed in the back yard has been run all the way around to the front of the house and the cord is running across a sidewalk. The Led Light transformer hangs loosely off of a screw that is drilled into a board that they stuck into the ground that sits under the hose faucet. Finishing strip on post has fallen off.Business response

And costumer is aware of minor things needed to be done. but due to the weather we have not been able to complete. But will be done as soon as weather allows us.
