Acc#XXXXXX on or about 8/22/2022 i placed order for 3items total amount$71.75.as of this date 9/22/22 have not received order. Multiple calls to the company provided no useful information. Promises to get back to me never happens. Total amount of order($71.75) already added to my credit card Attempts to track the order has been unsuccessful. Was told by USPS that the label listed on this tracking number did not match the address which I provided. I ordered a Marine Hat, they sent me a Army hat. I want them to acknowledge so they can correct it. I have left numerous phone messages and email notifications and they will not respond .Business response

December 1st I ordered several items from this company for a Christmas gift. The money has been taken from my account however these item 10 days later still have not shipped. I have attempted at least 6 times to call and email this company and have received zero response back. When you contact the company even if it is within normal business hours, you get an automated message telling you to leave a message and someone will get back to you which is not true because I have left many and no one has tried to reach out to me not even once. I feel like my money was stolen from me and I want to make sure that others know about this company so their money is not taken from them as well especially at Christmas. PLEASE HELP ME. Thanks.
