Orded a Complete Strut and Shock kit for 2005 *** x3 **** order number: **-*****-*****, we put the part on the vehicle but it was defective. The seller said there was a 1 year warranty. We contacted them within a month after we got the part on and realized this and there has been almost no communication by email for the last 5 months. A few times someone said they would service the warranty, and then total silence and no response for months at a time. We have attempted to call the phone number multiple times but no one ever answers. We leave voicemail messages that are also never returned. We have been trying to resolve this for 5 months and are getting no cooperation even though theyve said they'll replace the part. Had we known the business would lie about the replacement, we would have filed a dispute via **** in the first two weeks....good faith has got us nowhere.
