I have called numerous times and spent several hours on the phone to date. I had a neck injury and was told I could not book an appointment because I owed money. POA transfered me to billing who refused to help or accept any payment because it had gone to collections. I called the collections agency and they tried to locate me via my name, social, my DOB, my address and my maiden name, they told me there is aboslutely nothing owed. The woman gave me her name and extension number. I called and spoke to Thomas in billing, he indicated it must be an error, I gave him all of the info above from the collections agency and was told I would get a call back in 48 hours. That was 2 months ago. I have since called numerous times and left messages for supervisors, all of which have ben unanswered and unreturned. Thankfully I was able to see another group for my neck, however our options are limited on the shore and if I have another issues I need to be able to make an appointment. I'm not happy that it has come to this point that I've had to file a complaint, but it's either this or show up in person since the phone calls and messages appear to go nowhere. I would really appreciate the courtesy of a call back back and a resolution to this matter promptly, this is a little ridiculous guys.Business response

We have spoken directly with the consumer and have resolved the matter. The consumer has been provided with a direct line of contact for any future needs.Customer response
