MG Roofing installed a new roof (a new main roof and a new flat roof) at my property in August 2020. Recently this year, in the June/July 2022 timeframe, I started to experience water leaks in my ceiling where the flat roof was installed. I hired a contractor to inspect the water leak for me and they are telling me that the flat roof was the cause of the leak. I have been trying to contact MG Roofing to come out and inspect the issue, but they are not responding to my emails or phone texts. I also cannot leave a phone message for them because their phone voice mailbox is full. I reviewed the contract I signed with MG Roofing and it appears the new roof is still under warranty. I would like for MG Roofing to get in contact with me so we can resolve the issue with the new roof they installed for me.
