The thing is, I was trying to get a quote on CitizenShipper for someone to help pick up and transfer a dog we wanted but had issues of the money upping and won’t pick up the dog and then I wanted my refund and I talk to the boss. No he’s saying that he can refund my money, but there is a limitation because it’s a cash app business company and there’s limitation that he only can refund $700 but I would like my $452 but I believed them about that they will refund my money back if I pay $250 then they can give my my money back this is all done on cash app. The thing is, I didn’t know that I was supposed to book it on CitizenShipper so they could help me out with a solution but I’m new with all this. I want my money back I didn’t even get a dog for my daughter birthday cause of this issue I’m having with the boss just giving my money back. So i did not know what else to do but believe in them because the worker helped out and sent her boss $50 to help and start so I believe and got friends to help me out that I have to pay so I paid $200. So in all it was $700 but now that the problem is I wrote a message with the cash I sent on cash app say for sending to get my refund of $700 back to me. Now he’s saying there’s a problem that the little note I wrote sending it caused issues to send me my refund money back to me of $700 plus now I have to pay $50 back to his worker for helping out even now now they’re asking me to pay another $50 without a message in it to send the refund of $700 back to me. So the worker is bugging me about paying $50 so I can get my refund and pay her back $50 that she helped out with. The thing is I just want my refund money back. I just want my money back and the boss is saying that he can refund it back to me but he’s having issues and that I have to pay $50 more because there’s a problem with the message being sent with the money I sent. Good morning,
Our office received a complaint notification from your organization in regards to Ashley ****. We have reviewed our records and we've never had a client contract our services with that name. We are not Citizenshipper or associated with citizenshipper in any way. We do not offer cash app as one of our payment options nor have our clients book through an app.
We are a licensed and professional pet moving company. The attachments that the complainant provided are not associated with our company in any way.
Please, let me know how our office can rectify this situation, as this complaint has no association with our company.
