I obtained a price for new gutter covers and to replace one elbow in my downspout. I arrived home on 8/10/22 to find them just finishing up. I gave someone a check for the full amount. When I had time on the weekend I got out my ladder because I wanted to see what the covers looked like. No problem with the covers but I noticed the elbow had not been changed. I called them on 8/15/22 and left a message and asked for a call back which never came so I called again a few days later. I was then told it would get done. I waited a couple more weeks and called again which now has turned to all most another 4 weeks and it still has not been done. The check got cashed weeks ago but the work still has not been completed. I have run out of patience. I do not believe they have any intention of completing the job.
