I purchased my vehicle from them October 2023. After 2 weeks the transmission went. I had it towed to a transmission shop to told me to and it cost me $300.00 for the tow. They fixed the transmission and then it went 2 months later. Again I paid $300.00 to tow it to the same shop. Now 2 weeks ago the transmission went again. When I brought it in to Michael to let him know it went again, he was rude and didn't want to talk to me. He said it was my problem now. 3 times the transmission went and he says it's my problem.Business response

MR ****** DID PURCHASE A 1/2 TON PICK UP ***** 10-20-23, AFTER A LENGTHY TEST DRIVE (a week).
MY WARRANTY CLEARLY STATES: "DRIVE TRAIN" 50/50 WITH $100 DEDUCTIBLE FOR 30 DAYS or 1000 MILES WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
AFTER 2 MONTHS AND 3000 MILES HE NOTIFIED ME THAT HE WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH HIS TRANSMISSION. EVEN AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRED, I SENT THE ***** TO HAVE THE TRANSMISSION FIXED-AT MY COST, $2000.00! I GAVE HIM USE OF A VEHICLE WHILE HIS ***** WAS BEING REPAIRED. I PICKED THE ***** UP, BROUGHT IT TO OUR LOCATION--HE CAME AND PICKED UP THE *****. HE DID NOT PAY THE 50% (or the $100 deductible) AS THE SIGNED WARRANTY STATES OR EVEN OFFER A THANK YOU FOR FIXING HIS TRANSMISSION.
MONTHS LATER, HE CAME IN, SAID HE WAS HAVING TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS AGAIN. I TOLD HIM --THAT WAS BETWEEN HIM AND THE TRANSMISSION SHOP AND THAT MY WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED MONTHS AGO- BUT PERHAPS THE SHOP THAT REPAIRED IT WOULD HAVE A WARRANTY ON IT. SO, I CONTACTED THE REPAIR SHOP AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD WARRANTY THE TRANSMISSION. THEY REBUILT TRANSMISSION A SECOND TIME (at no charge). NOW MANY MONTHS LATER HE CONTACTED ME AGAIN WITH TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS. I REMINDED HIM THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED LONG AGO AND GAVE HIM THE TRANSMISSION SHOP PHONE# (that had rebuilt it) AND TO CONTACT THEM. I HEARD NOTHING UNTIL THE COMPLAINT ARRIVED IN THE MAIL. MR ****** WORKS IN THE *****--BOUGHT A 1/2 TON PICKUP THAT HE USES TO HAUL WOOD AND A TRAILER THAT IS NOT BUILT FOR THIS TYPE OF WORK.
I AM 73 YRS OLD, HAVE BEEN IN THIS BUSINESS FOR 50 YEARS AND TAKE PRIDE IN MY BUSINESS & CARE OF MY CUSTOMERS. THIS IS THE FIRST SUCH COMPLAINT IN MY ENTIRE BUSINESS HISTORY.
AS YOU CAN SEE, I HAVE FOUND MR ******** COMPLAINT TO BE UNFOUNDED.
