In Spring 2023, I paid $280 for annual ant coverage for my home. I received one spring treatment. In June 2023, I called Sterling twice URGENTLY the last week in June to report I had ants in my home. There was no call back or email. I had to pay another company to come at an additional cost of $275. I have repeatedly emailed and called to receive reimbursement for the second treatment -approx $140 which I did not need because I had to pay another company. Again , no call back and no email. The communication is poor with this company and the ethics worse.Customer response

The customer signed up for a service Ant Yearly contract as in the last 15+ years. We fulfilled half of the contract when she cancelled. Enlight of the situation we will be refunding half of the contract.
