      I purchased two brand new heat pumps 11.5.21. In 2023 I paid $350.00 for cleaning. They didn't dry my upstairs unit and it became moldy within two days. They came back and cleaned it, and let that employee go (I was told). I still have mold problems. Sept. 6, 2024, I again paid $350.00 for cleaning. When I went to turn the upstairs unit on it wouldn't come on. They sent a repair man on Monday Sept. 9, 2024 after I left them a voicemail and sent an email (attached). That technician said that they" used to much water on the inside or outside units and the control panels were ruined and that new ones needed to be ordered". I bought that heat pump brand new for $2,588.00 and have paid $800.00 in cleaning service. Both times they have come to clean the new pump they have caused significant damage: Mold and broken Controls Panels. The pump in inoperable. I am requesting that they replace the unit to avoid future problems with that unit due to their negligence. I have requested this in writing via email to them. I haven't heard one word from Valley Home Services since their technician left my house on September 9, 2024. Nights are cold, and my heat pump is inoperable. Please refer to my correspondence to them attached. You will see where they dumped chemical and grey water in my driveway and stained that too. I cleaned it, and when I complained they came back and cleaned it. This company is terrible, and only takes payment to cause damage. I have paid at the time of service every time. Thank you.

      The owner contacted me Sept. 12, furiously yelling at me because I contacted you. He promised to reimburse $350.00 to my credit card.  He refused to give me new units, even though their negligence has ruined my pumps. He sent 3 technicians out on Sept. 17, 2024, and now besides the control panels being blown, they said the fan motors were blown too.  The technicians said Valley Home Services would be in touch.  I have not received any money, and the heat pump is still in disrepair for over 3 weeks now.  If they don't fix this next week and reimburse my money, I'm taking them to small claims court.  ***************** is EXCELLENT!!!! After you contacted him, that was the first time I'd heard from him, ****, the owner.
