      The car was purchased on 6/20/2023. On 6/21, we returned to the dealership because the doors were not opening from the inside or outside and the glove box fell completely off. We were told that it would be fixed but they would have to order parts but 2 weeks later we had heard nothing. Wednesday, 7/12 called the dealership due to troubles with the car not going into gear. Unable to reach someone and left a message. Thursday 7/13 called again and described the issues we were experiencing and told to bring the car in after 11 on Friday 7/14. Brought it down on 7/14 when the dealership opened. Again described the issues as it wasnt shifting as it drove and it was not going above 20. On 7/17, we had still not heard about the status of the vehicle, called the shop and told that everything was all fixed, they looked over the transmission and sensor in the transmission was fixed, no warning lights on, and were assured there were no issues with driving and it was able to drive as expected now. We picked up the vehicle and they went to drive home. Upon leaving she was not able to make it up hills, when on flat roads she was not able to go above 20, and when she stopped at a stop sign she was unable to restart driving unless she turned it off and then started it again. When they returned they stated the issue and were told that it was not something they could be helped with because the mechanics were not professional enough to fix this and we would need to bring it to the ****** Dealership. They then asked for a refund of the $6000 that was paid for the car because it was within the 30 days. When the vehicle was purchased on 6/20 we were told that there was a 30 day warranty and if there were any issues we could return the vehicle to be fixed at no charge to us and if it couldnt be fixed she would be able to receive her money back. The vehicle was purchased with that understanding/agreement in mind.We were not provided with the Used Car Buyer's Guide as required by law.
