After dating ***************** the owner of GM carpentry for eight months he started a siding job at my house on September 10 of 2021 stated my house will be done by October 2021 this is July 2022 and my house is only half done refuses to come back and complete the job that hes been paid for he received all payments in full by January 2022 for several months did not work at my home at all every job has started other than the sill plate has not been completed I have wires hanging when does untrimmed outlets not put back junction box is not connected correctly nails showing out of my siding fences down post broke ledger boards put on with small nails and screws refuses after our final **** was given and paid to complete my job unless I give him another $10,000Business response

To whom it may concern,
I apologize for my delay in responding due to the fact that I had Covid and was in the hospital.
I have attached a copy of a bill that is unpaid and noncompliant to any agreements made for extra work added to the initial scope of work. Complete refusal of any negotiation or reconciliation by owner of *************************************************; Attached you will find documentation and photos of work completed to 92%. This is the point where we collect 75% of the unpaid balance and finish in good faith by the owner and by us as agreed initially.
This bill will reflect the owners noncompliance to complete even 1/4 of the sweat equity and unwillingness to pay any part of the balance. In this particular case the owner was disgruntle agitated and foul as well threatening.
Due to the increasing volatility of the situation to collect my tools I had to have a police ****** by the York county sheriffs department to retrieve my tools which are rightfully owned by my businesses to continue other projects for paying customers. since the day of the interlude there has been no contact between myself and the owner in any way shape or form on my behalf.
