I have had this unit for over a year. Back in october of 2023 i emailed weatern ave self storage to stop taking the payment out. 3 months later after going through my bank statement i realized they were still charging me. I ended up needing the unit so i started using it again. My payment was always on time but in april of 2024 i did get a little behind and i owed them a total of $225. I recieved a letter in the mail saying I had untill May 15th to make that payment. She said auction happens after 45 days. I made tgat payment and have a reciept. On may 18th we weng to clean out the unit and everything was gone. There were a lot of sentamental items that cant be replaces in that unit. My bfs navy paperwork and some of his grandfathers furniture. I have tried calling to dind out what happened and i havent been able to get through.Customer response
