      On September 12 I had an accident with my *********** hired mucks trucks to do the repairs on it. Since the job has been done he has blocked me my wife and also my insurance company from any contact and will not respond. He is a used car dealer and I know Im not the only one that has made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Frankly the man has no business doing business. He owes me $3292.64 for work that was not done. And also travel time and mileage for the parts that I had to chase after. He has billed me twice with different reasons and excuses of why he doesnt owe me the money. And just came up with faults claims of stuff that he never did.

      This customer took us to court for this complaint. We settled outside of court between ***********. We do not pay travel time and mileage when customers offer to pick up their own parts. The insurance company was never blocked, we kept close contact with them throughout the repair process. The insurance company asked for our contact information because they enjoyed working with us. We did all the work that the insurance company paid us to do plus more that the customer asked us to do and were able to provide proof of all repairs. We have an extensive list of happy customers and this is our only complaint through the BBB.
