      I brought our pro-team backpack vacuum (retail $700) to the repair shop to be fixed and maintenanced. When I dropped it off the representative at the front counter said they were very backed up and they may not get to it for a few weeks. I was not in a rush, so I said fine and they took my personal information to contact me with any questions. I did hear from them once about three weeks after initial drop off. They told me what was wrong and I told them to go ahead and fix it. He told me a part would need to be ordered. Again, I agreed and told him to move forward. I have been trying to reach out to them for the past two weeks. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful as every time I call it takes me to a voice recording where I must enter a number to leave a voicemail. When I do- it tells me the number is incorrect and I must try again. I have asked others to call as well, thinking it was just me. Unfortunately, they had the same result. I went online to look for an email, and on ****** they have one listed. I decided to try that as a way to get in contact. Unfortunately, their hours of operation are also my working hours and so I wasnt able to stop by the shop, so I did what I could to make contact. today, I was able to make contact for the first time via phone. Once I did and explained the situation and how we had dropped off first week of october, the gentleman on the phone said he was unable to locate my vacuum, and he had "probably just tossed it." He also made me aware that he was legally only required to hold onto my vacuum for 90 days. I asked him why they hadn't tried to reach out to me if the vacuum was repaired and ready, to which he started cursing at me and telling me to "fu$(ing **** him and he was tired of "bitches" like me. I have no interest in litigation but I do believe tossing a $700 vacuum before contacting me, and then screaming profanities at me and hanging up on me, is terrible business.
