Wish we would have looked here first! We had doors and windows installed incorrectly resulting in water coming into the house everytime it rained. We called the owner who said it was a manufacturing issue, took months for the companey to come inspect. Once they came out they told me that this is a install issue and pointed out the problem. Owner had employees come out to fix the problem two or three seperate times with no luck. Meanwhile, completely fustrated we asked another contractor to look at the issues and was told it is indeed an install issue. The door and the windows were not flashed correctly. Owner **** kept insisting it was a manufacturer issue so we held back a small final invoice and we hired the new contractor to fix the issues. After a few good rain storms we had zero leaks. Owner would not take any responsibility for mistakes that were made and put a lien against us. This resulted in a small claims court hearing on 10/3/2023 in which we agreed to settle and the lien was to be removed within 30 days. It is now 12/13/23 and its still not removed. He cannot be trusted!!!!!!

**** Bresett is extremely unprofessional and rude. He came to look at work I needed done. I picked out products from his store and another he recommended. I wasnt hearing back from him as promised with an estimate. Then when I called him his mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. Finally (long time passing) I texted him and asked him to please be in touch with me. I got a ****, very unprofessional, and a bit rude text back telling me he was too busy to get back to me would not be able to do the work I needed. Period. I wasted several weeks of precious time waiting for him to let me know this. It took me months to find HIM!!!

**** ********************** was my 3rd estimate for installing new kitchen cabinets, **** is the owner of **** ********************** ************************************** in *******, **. *******, his employee who works at his store, reviewed my kitchen plans that included measurements &cabinet layout. ******* said shed call **** and get an estimate from him, and call me back to let me know. I went with Todds estimate because it was $200 less them my highest estimate. Then **** came to my home, looked at my kitchen, and reviewed my kitchen plans with me. The day prior to the scheduled installation, I realized I had never received an email with the agreement / quote for work to be done. I called store to request one be sent to me, ******* said she would send it, but I never did receive it that day, The next morning, **** and his crew never showed up to work as scheduled. **** text me that morning & when asked why he did not show up, his response was, he was busy. Then he went on to say that he never agreed on a price to do my work and that he ONLY works for an hourly rate. He insisted that he had told me this! That was a lie and I kindly told him so. He went on to say that he had a reputable business and that it was very well organized. I was trying to let him know how ******* had called him for an estimate which he provided her with, but **** would not acknowledge ANYTHING I said, rather, he said that I needed to listen to him! Then he repeated everything he said aboveinsisting that he told me he only works by the hour! This was an absolute lie. I was SO upset & in tears. The following day they finally emailed an estimate NOT the one that was agreed onmuch higher! In conclusion, I would NOT recommend doing business with ********************** ConstructionRe/ very unprofessional & unorganizedAnd the fact that Mr. ********************** would not take any accountability, insisting that I was in the wrongvery concerning.
