My glasses prescription was wrong see double please fix ,after 6 visits of rude service ,the 2 nd lens are not good ,o wrong script retest n start new , no thank you ************* sat to talk with me on 6 visit ,when I explain seeing double ,she walked out on me said "tired of people " left me sitting there Come back later again will b 7 th time, I go back she decided half ************ keeps frames I get lens ,,very expensive and I need frames not lens I deserve better treatment and full refund ,I'm 62 yrs ,glasses to see ,driving with those glasses I can't read speed limit signs ( double vision )Very poor service from Dr ,when I said no new test (,she insulted me and walked out ,she's tired of people ,,she's the doctor ****** the full refund ,I did not take glasses frames or lenses the receptionist took them ; I said u recycle those ,no answer from herCustomer response

This person came into the office, she had an exam and ordered glasses on 01/28/2022 with a progressive lens (Which is a no line Bifocal). Glasses were delivered on 02/24/2022 because of delays with the lab making the glasses. She came back in and worked with the optician because she was having a problem seeing with the glasses. The optician made a couple of adjustments to try and help with the issue the person was having. Which is the first step after glasses are picked up. The person came back in again still not happy with the glasses. As an option on 3/810/22 the glasses were returned to the lab as a progressive non-adapt. and remade into a line bifocal. This person was not happy with the line bifocal either. She now complained the ** was wrong and was seen by the doctor for a ** recheck. The ** had not changed from the original ** done on 01/28/2022. This person just wanted to return the glasses. The office policy states that there are no refunds on glasses that the person signs before glasses are ordered. Glasses are a specialty item made to each ** the glasses there is no refund available. This person only was interested in a refund and nothing else would work. On 3/28/22 out of courtesy to this person the Dr. agreed to refunding her 1/2 the cost of the glasses $248.90 was refunded to her Mastercard. This is not a practice that is done often. The Dr. tried to work with this person to correct the problems however decided that the person would not be happy with any of the solutions that were being offered.
