      I ordered 2 products 2-3 months ago and they never arrived. They made a shipping label to generate the email its being shipped but then never used it. I have reached out to company and they have not responded. I have the emails, receipts and screenshots and these were sent to the company but they have not responded. I have tried speaking to them using their "live chat" but it is computer generated auto responses and does not connect to a human.       i placed an order for over $700. my package was split into 2 deliveries. i was able to get the first portion which was a ****** tent. the second portion of my order was delivered while i was at work and someone in my building stole it. when i reached out at first they were very helpful but i was told i have to wait until Monday for my order to go back out(with permission from some other lady). Monday i send out a email and no response, but it was read according to the chat window. i wish i never ordered from them and i can just buy my lions mane instead of stressing myself out.

      On June 24th 2023 I placed an order for a Monotub growing kit with Northspore.com They are a highly rated internet company. The Monotub kit comes with one lions mane mushroom fruiting block and an oyster mushroom fruiting block.So In the commission of placing my order I spoke with a live person and specified that I wanted to replace the Oyster Mushroom for another Lions Mane fruiting block or a Shiitake one. After some time the order arrived and they had completely ignored what I specified and that they had agreed on.So I removed the product from its package. Left it out of direct sunlight and had it in a sterile environment as i prepared to transfer it to its grow tent and preset eco system.The fruiting blocks did absolutely nothing. Its August and they did not produce anything above the slits lightly placed in the plastic. Both of them just turned brown. So I briefly conversed with a customer service manager named *******************. She stated that I would not be able to get a refund but I could get in store credit and two replacements.I told her that I had thrown the Monotub away. So I asked her If I could get the value of what I paid in four lions spray and grow kits, or 3 if I was overstepping the shipping. She talked around what I asked her. So I tell her about my condition and she thanks me for the info and states that the Monotub is reusable and pretty much throwing that away was my fault. My thing is was the defective product my fault? Was your company not keeping its word and sending me what they wanted instead of what we agreed on my fault to?So after this she becomes unresponsive. I email her a few more times and nothing. I contact the confounder of the company. Nothing.So now that she is unresponsive. Their ability to take calls is what it is and I cannot get a cash refund this company gets to cherry pick what they will and will not honor when selling defective products and it is at their leisure to clarify what they will and will not replace.

      I placed an on-line order on Feb 18, 2023 for $163.10 worth of supplies, and never received the supplies. I was not able to track the order, and I attempted to contact them by phone, but they never picked up and the line did not switch over to leave a message. I sent a message to the ******************************* address as instructed but they did not respond, nor did they respond to a chat box. So, they charged my credit card immediately but never delivered the goods, and then became impossible to reach.
