      Bill Dodge Motors, ********* *****; very poor customer service. left voice message even though I told the lady that they don't answer them. she said give them 2 hours. I gave them 24. took in 2017 Tucson for issues, they said there was nothing. now I have $22,000 lawn ornament, still making payments, of course, they are denying that we brought it in for prior issues before the Warranty was over. it takes 6 or more weeks to get in, then they say (again) you went over your time, so we are not going to honor the deal we made. I will fight this, even if it takes a few years. Now the 2021 is doing the same thing. I have noticed a difference between buying a used and a new car, of which I did Both in one day. there is an issue with the 1.6 lt ***** engine. and needs to be addressed.

      I took my car into the **************** team because of a warning light that my regular mechanic couldn't resolve. When I picked up the car, the transmission wasn't working properly. I filed a formal complaint and even did my own research regarding where the problem could have originated. The service team said they updated the *** but admitted that they didn't updated the *** that controls the transmission. They refused to fix the issue and told me that I had to pay them thousands of dollars to have a drivable car.So, I took a car to them for a simple issue, they made my car undrivable and asked me to pay thousands to fix it. They've been absolutely impossible to deal with and now I'm having to take them to court to resolve it.These guys are an absolute disaster. For more information, I filed a formal complaint with the BBB (#********) and will be taking them to civil court to have a car. I've been on my bike for months now, rain or shine, thanks to these guys. Don't use them, don't support them, and definitely don't send a car to them or buy one from them.

      Left a voice message and 3 emails, with zero response. I was told to leave a message on ******** line, she would be the one who would more likely to call me back. Has not. Left 3 email messages and have not heard from Anyone

      Can you imagine going to have a routine service visit only to be sent home in an unsafe car that shut off on the interstate? The worst part was returning to the dealership and being made to have the car repeat the shut-off. Even after it repeated the issue, I was being left 3 hours from home with no transportation. How many stories can one service manager ***** tell? How many excuses can he come up with? This branch has zero accountability, no communication with its customers on the status of vehicles, and extremely poor leadership. I'm over the sorry after sorry. Even a week later no the issue wasn't resolved, it took another 3-hour drive to get more excuses. And for someone to talk to us. 1 Star is only because it was needed to be selected.
