We bought this camper in 19Oct22 and had it winterized and stored. After first camping trip 02Jun23, bathroom skylight and shower were leaking. Camping World wouldn't get us in until September- the skylight was fixed but the shower leak to this day has not been fixed after several re-seals.The tv and radio are not getting signal and they gave us a new remote and changed a cable but it still doesn't work.An inverter was installed 09Dec23 so that all outlets and appliances could be used on solar. Total price for inverter was $1010.97.We brought camper in in June 2024 since shower still leaking and tv still not working. We asked them to dewinterize as well. They had camper for almost a month without contacting us. My husband **** called and they hadn't even touched it. He went to ** to talk with service manager (****). Words were said from both parties and the next day the "camper was ready". Next camping trip, shower still leaking, camper was not dewinterized (refunded later). We called ** about this and were told that we were no longer welcome due to the "words" **** and **** had last time. I was in touch with ******** and decided to bring to Seacoast RV in **** to fix shower, tv and the recent issue we were having with the inverter. At Seacoast- Shower was sealed again, they could not figure out tv or inverter issue. We paid $507 for the inverter diagnostic and it still wasn't fixed. Brought to Camping World in NH 12Sep24. They were able to diagnose the issues and tv and shower will be fixed on warranty. We were informed that the Inverter was the wrong one, it was wired incorrectly with no ground and a wire had been chafed at installation. Big fire hazard!!. It has been disconnected until fixed. I called ******* ** to speak with ****, left message describing the issue- no call back. This is typical of him. My family could have been killed in a fire and he didn't even call me back. I gave him the chance but at usual- it is obvious- they don't care about service.Customer response

The company reached out at the end of last week and appears to be working with me to resolve it however we are still in the early stages and I wont know if they will follow through. They are in contact with the company fixing the issues so we will see what happens.Initial Complaint

On 28 Jun 2024 I called Camping World and ordered two bunk mattresses for my RV. They needed to be shipped to the *******, ***** store from ************. I was told they would be in prior to my camping trip in mid-July (14th). I paid over the phone using a credit card. I was told by ***************************** with whom I was working that he would call me or email me when they came in. On Tuesday, 9 Jul 2024, I called Camping World to follow-up since I hadn't heard from them. I was told by **** that he world check with someone in the office to do a follow-up with the PA store and get back to me. I heard nothing and called again on Wednesday 10 Jul 2024, the secretary said she would leave me message on ****'s phone and he would call me back later. I still have not heard from **** nor anyone else. I will be calling again today, 11 Jul 2024. I feel my money has been stolen and I either need the merchandise ordered delivered to me or a Full refund made, not a partial refund which they normally give in the case of a return.Customer response

I have heard from the business in response to my complaint. They tell me now that the mattresses I ordered will be delivered today 22 July 24 by 5PM. I have also informed them that if they are not I want a full refund. At this point I do NOT consider the matter resolved until I have actually received the mattresses.
