The are the hosts of my domain name fir my website. I received notification that I needed to renew. I filled out the cc form and it kept saying there was a problem with my cc. I tried to enter the card again, same problem. So I tried on a different day using a new card. Still the same message. Now saying my account is suspended. I check my cc statements and I was charged 6 separate times! I called many times and finally got someone on the phone who said my account is suspended and she cannot see where I was charged. I told her I can prove the charges and email them. She took my information and said that she would escalate the problem and call me back within the hour. She never called back. And I have not been able to get anyone on the phone since.Initial Complaint

I've tried to contact ******** of InCorporations *********************** and he won't return my call. I've never accepted the website and ask for refund but all ******** of InCorporations has offered is ignoring me. I've never authorized the website to go live but yet it's on the internet. Filed complaint after complaint concerning website but to no s avail no one has contacted me. All I've requested is refund on portion of venture package concerning website and never did I authorize website to go live.Initial Complaint

I PAY THE RENEWAL OF MY BUSINESS ''****'S CAFE AND MORE LLC'' TO *************************** at DIRECT INCORPORATION on Jan, 9th 2023 $235,75 he did nothing, So I call he said I need to pay the late fee $141.75 ask me for more money , again he did nothing, I call again this time ***************************** said to me that *************************** no longer at Direct Incorporation, and he was gonna help me, and said *************************** didn't ask for the right amount of money for the 3th time I pay $97.00 now I call no answer.Initial Complaint

I am working with: *****************************, Web Developer at Direct Incorporation. I gave instructions via email to Vitalii on what I wanted the website to be. He created his own and so much was missing and incorrect. I have tried to call *********** to get Vitallii or any one on the telephone line (especially **** *** who I purchased this package through) to call me back to no avail. I have left 6 messages and keep emailing the following:********************* ********************* ****** Services Team - Direct Incorporation ******************** It seems this company does not care about speaking to someone even when they get the entire website wrong. In addition, ******* keeps telling me that he will make the new changes. These are the original website that I requested and he did not complete. I would like to speak with someone in the Corporate Offices (Manager or Director) to express how frustrating this is to work with them and to get the website I paid for an requested.Customer response

My website is not complete and works one week and not another. I am having constant issues and cannot get help. I am now researching a new company that I can work with and which I will have to pay to migrate and take over so I can get my website up and running and without constant issues with login and with even searching off google.com and cannot open. There is no resolution as no one not in customer services nor the President and all others that I have contacted to address anything. ****** learned to never use this company again.Initial Complaint

We paid for ********** renewal on 2/2/23 to ensure that we had no interruption with our website.***************************** completed the transaction. I called during the business hours an emailed almost the entire staff with no response. Our website is presently down and therefore we are losing business opportunities.I want this rectified asap. Not sure why they have so many staff members but no one picks up the phone.Would like to know why this happened and when we can expect the correction.Business response

I CONTACTED ****** @ DIRECTINCOPORATION 10/2022 SINCE I USED HIM IN THE PAST TO REGISTER MY NON-PROFIT WITH THE DEAPRTMENT OF ***** IN **, TO DATE 02/08/2023 I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM ****** OR THE COMPANY ITSELF, EVERYTIME I DO CALL ****** ALL HE CAN TELL ME IS THAT THE ***** HAS MY PAPERWORK. HE TELLS ME THAT HE RECIEVED AN EMAIL WHERE SUPPOSEDLY THE DEAPRTMENT HAS MY PAPERWORK BUT CAN NOT GIVE ME A DATE OF THE SUCH EMAIL, HE SAY HE WOULD FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION FROM HIS COLLEGUES AND NEVER RETURNS MY CALL. This nonprofit, Casa De Restauracion ********* ************** was actually completed in December, well before this complaint was filed. The documents have been sent to the client and you can see the company registration on the state database. We will resend the documents to the client via email. It appears they are just confused. we paid for a DOT MC and LLC numbers and have recieved nothing and have filed our tax ID number wrong and screwed up our taxes and when we tried to contact them TIME AND TIME AGAIN we were ignored so we need what they have so far and we want our money back or they can finish EVERYTHING we agreed upon and paid for with no more paymentBusiness response

I filed for an LLC with this company. They charged me twice. My bank disputed one of the charges and I received my money back. I have contacted them multiple times regarding processing my LLC. The emails coming back to me all seem fake. I have left over 20 voicemails for the company since the date I noticed I was double charged twice. One time a person answered the phone when I called and allegedly corrected the issue and was to follow up with an email from their accounting department. She also told me she would process my LLC. Neither of which was done. Aside from the one person, M*** A**, forwarding my email to someone named Shannon I have had no response from anyone else at the company. I believe this is a fraudulent company. They do not have a physical address listed nor do they have a customer service email. Any emails I sent to the accounting department came back with an error. I believe they stole my money. I have now filed a dispute with my bank to receive the rest of my money back. They encouraged me to contact you to file a report.Business response

We originally submitted Ms. ******** application in March 2022. It was rejected, as the state requested further information about Ms. ******** consulting services. We requested this information from ****************** multiple times through email. This week we finally connected with her colleague via the phone. Her colleague confirmed that our communication had gone to spam. Regardless, we were able to collect the information that we needed and we have submitted the application back to the state. I submitted a request for incorporation of my Photography business on Jan 17, 2022. I paid them $411.95 and they have all of my pertinent information. I have yet to receive incorporation papers and No one ever answers the phone when you call their toll free number.I have reached out to them on several occasions with no response or product.Business response

November 3, 2021 I renewed my domain registration for 2 years to expire November 3, 2023. I not be able to have anyone return a message, email or call regarding the set up of my webpage. There's an auto reply that states a return call will happen shortly, however it's been over 30 days. The company's ******** page has not had any activity since December 2020, however the owner's personal ******** page has current activity. ***************************** is showing as CEO/Founder on personal & business ********.Business response

Now they're asking for a monthly fee? The link to set up the website does not function to set up a website. I recently received repeated emails asking for a credit card number for monthly payments. There was originally no response to this inquiry and now the same response. I have no interest in providing a credit card number after paying prepaying for 2 yrs for a domain name and no response in setting up a website.]
