      ************ has been the worst company I've EVER had to work with regarding my car payments. This company is unable to effectively communicate and assist you with simple issues that my 2 year old grand can work through. The amounts of customer **** that has hung up the phone in my face because they were being questioned and challenged about my account. They have me listed as being more than 30 days late when they NEVER took the initial to remove certain features off of my account to allow the payments to go through. 3 months they lied and they lied only to say, it's my fault. My credit score has been effected and now I'm seeking legal advice on what to do. The customer **** *****, who kept interrupting me and would not allow me to speak is rude, unprofessional and untrained to handle difficult situations. I'm looking to refinance to remove my account someone else. These people are nasty and unkind to work with. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get them to remove my payment and still it was a DIASTER!

      Ally is the worst Financial company ever. They mix up payments if you have more then one account and blame you for it. You call and get overseas people working and they never understand you. Never use this company

      I have directed so many of my clients to using Ally, and now feel awful. I have financed 2 vehicles through Ally and have never been late by a second. Recently, I lost my job due to health issues and immediately called and asked for an extension for my payment. They *** granted it and said she would prevent the automatic payment from going through. I was surprised when they took the money anyhow. Since I just lost my job, I hadnt yet found another and they took my familys grocery money. I called them to speak about it and I mentioned that I had spoken to someone and we stopped the payment and that she said I could pay later. They denied it. Completely. They said I wasnt granted an extension because Id have had to pay for it, and that additionally, I shouldnt have the car because I dont have a job (Ive had this car for a few years). I told them that was really crappy, and that Ive been in the car business for a long time, and none of what they are saying sounded familiar with any other financial institutions. They hung up on me-TWICE. They then went into my online account on the App, and stripped all my information from it and I havent been able to use the app since. I cant use my password and have been blocked from it completely. I have never seen such childish behavior. Ever. I will absolutely discontinue referring anyone, and Im going to REFI soon because they dont deserve another *****.

      I wish I would have seen this before i signed the paperwork. This business is a nightmare. I co signed for my son and they got nothing right on the paperwork. wrong phone numbers and other personal information. Making a payment is next to impossible without having to pay additional fees. By far the worst company ever.

      Purchased a truck ***************************** ******** ca. They deceived me by withholding flood damaged frame information and I bought as is. Driveline covered that information up to the lender they use, ********** Ally said "this stuff happens all the time". But banks are not supposed to loan against salvaged titles. So they faked their way through it or the finance officer that works with them passed the loan through anyway. Why would a bank continue to work with non credible business? They dealership gets money and the lender gets money. It's all about the money! The customer gets deceived and screwed. Do not trust ********* with any business you have.

      Ali ******************** is a horrible company absolutely horrible. Their customer service is quite far. The worst I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They have no options to help people even being one month behind on your payments. Nobody in that company is from *******. Theyre all overseas and act like they know what theyre doing. Would not recommend to anybody do not use this horrible company if I was able to give negative stars I would but unfortunately thats not an option for a company that does not even need to be in business if you ever get any kind of loan and it is through ally I highly highly suggest you take your business somewhere else. This company is absolutely ridiculous. The biggest joke ever.

      I called Ally because I'm going thru a hardship after Huricane ******. I lost power and had to go to a hotel plus lost food. Fema has not came thru yet to help. I have used deferment in the past only due to hurricane and covid shut down..things not in my control. Anyway, I was denied. I highly suggest you do not use Ally for car loans and will not ever again

      FALSE / UNREALISTIC FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PLANS and Threats of Repossession after making two monthly payments during a HARDSHIP. I have been talking with Ally for over 3 months trying to get a realistic option for help with my payments. My hardships consist of reduction in income, collision took place at no fault of mine to the vehicle which has left a $500 deductible for me to pay for and my current job is ending at the end of the month and Im moving to start a new job. All I get is robotic **** that keep calling me leaving an extension. I call them back and no one is ever available and then I get someone else to explain my hardship over and over. They never read the notes and then when I ask for a one to two month extension or modification for the reasons above, they deny my requests. This leads me to believe there are no real options for hardship assistance. It seems to be a false option that is given for reasons that are unknown. I have showed good faith by making two payments consecutively that I could not afford and then I still am being asked to make another payment within the same Month. This is unrealistic for someone going through multiple hardships. Im writing this out as no one that I have spoken with at least 5-10 **** have any authority to help me. And the threat of repossessing a car that has been in a collision at no fault of my own, makes no sense either. Hopefully a real person can review my multiple calls and provide some real options to allow me to get back on track. Im hoping a review of some these practices of offering hardship assistance online/ with a robot but not allowing the customer to qualify for them. Some is suspicious with that?
