I would not recommend them to my family or friends. They are not customer friendly. Especially charging $400. to tighten bolts on the tank of toilet. Since I was a women ( senior) they took fully advantage of that. As of today the tank is still leaking water. Also it took two different plumbers to come out. You would think being a professional plumber that they would know or know how to fix the problem. To make a long story short ATTENTION ALL LADIES DO NOT USE Z PLUMBERZ.

I had had no water coming out of my faucets so I hired Z Plumberz to assess the problem and fix it. The plumber who showed up was named ****** and promised me he could fix it and that all I needed was for him to put in a new bladder and jet pump. It took him two days to install which I found to be the biggest red flag, as this job should of taken a few hours with two workers like he originally promised. When he showed up he had a 2nd worker, but that worker left shortly after he arrived to go work on another customer's house. Many hours went by and I still had no water. ****** went to ********** several times because he said he forgot to bring some parts with him. ****** then told me he needed to cut off the cap on my well and look inside & do stuff to it. Then has said he needed to use my neighbors hose and run some water. He left after day one and still had no idea what the problem was. He said he needed to come back a 2nd day. When he came back, he sat in his van a majority of the time. He finally left, I still had no water and he wanted to charge me $4800, but said "his cousin was a well guy". There was water all over my crawlspace and it was a mess. I contacted the owner ******* and let him know I am not paying that because I still have no water, and it was a ridiculous price for not fixing a problem, and actually causing me more problems because now I have a useless machinery. He said he would put a lien of my house if I didn't pay him. We finally "agreed" on $2500 & would not put a lien on my home. Fast forward a few weeks, and the reason I had no water was because the well went dry, it was nothing to do with a jet/bladder pump. Also, when the plumber left my house originally after putting the pump in, he left it running, therefore burning it out because there was no water. I can't sell it at this point because of his error. I contacted the owner of the plumbing company about this problem and he is refusing to help me.
