I'm single disabled mother of two trying g to start service with peco energy and due to previous occupant they denied me of heat electricity and gas . It's unethical . No excuse . I applied owe no past due balances and still rejected. I'm on social security disability and have gov ********** for funds. Please help. Thank you.Initial Complaint

PECO energy came out to my home to do an inspection for seniors and disabled veterans on CAP program. When the young lady came to my home and informed me my refrigerator was defective as drawing a lot of power. She stated she would have a new refrigerator delivered free under PECOs program. It had been 6 months and PECO will not fulfill their promise.My calls fall on def ears to PECO. They came to my home and frightened a senior citizen and disabled veteran. I live alone with my service dog.
