To whom this may concern we hired ********** to fix a leak in our sink in our half bath, they were in there for a few minutes. They said it was fixed so we went and looked, and saw some drops, and we thought they were post drops, because they told us that it was fixed, come to find out they were new drops , the leak had never stopped, so we thought they had scammed us because they charged us $194.00 and not stopped the leak. So we need our money back, so we can hire someone elseBusiness response

We will reach back out to the clients. Service was provided Dec 1 and again on Dec 13 where as clients half bath is now leaking from the faucet (initial visit the faucet was not leaking). On December 1 visit, half bath sink was leaking from the threaded drain connection at the pop up assembly which was tightened down after clearing a clogged drain with equipment. Advised customer we recommend they purchase a new faucet and vanity. Apparently, customer had a different plumber out who also made same conclusion. We advised that if more work (past the hour on site) that another charge would occur for continued time. Customer was not happy with that and did not want our continued services. The leak has caused some mold and water damage over time. Offered to have water remediation company come out to discuss how to handle the accumulated mold for health reasons but was declined. Mrs. ** understands what I expressed to her about the leak and that they need a new vanity. Customer Refused to sign invoice. Mr. * was threatening in nature and not willing to listen to tech. Discussed this particular case in our early morning meeting today and reached out to the clients as they are elderly to offer a solution of a Christmas Gift of a vanity to help them in their time of need. Call went to voicemail.
