For the past 1+ years, I have been verbally harassed by a Dentist by the name of ******************** Seyfried, DDS at Seyfried & Associates located at ******************************************************************************************************, *****************. I am not a patient of hers. Over a year ago, I signed the documents to leave her practice. However, she continues to mail letters to my residence through the U.S. Mail and I feel that this is verbal harassment. I would like for the verbal harassment to stop.
