Contracted *************************** of Great Lakes Asphalt Paving and Sealcoating to install new driveway in May 20, 2021. After work was completed noticed some poor workmanship and request the situation be rectified. ******************** agreed. The driveway would flood and puddle during and after rain or snow melt. Notice cracks in the seams of the driveway. ******************** agree to correct and sent me a text on September 14, *********************************** a few days. As of today, i have not received any more communication text or verbal. I am a senior citizen and my property and money is important to me in my golden years.Business response

Regarding customer **********;BoydWe paved this driveway at **********************************************************, during July 2021. Great Lakes Asphalt Paving & Sealcoating & the customer **********;**** signed a estimate with the following warranty clause included:
******************* warrants all work will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner. We would repair any cracking or breaking of asphalt paving work or peeling of crack sealing or sealcoat thru onset of winter 2021. Exceptions would be damage caused by heavy trucks, equipment and dumpsters, storm damage, tree roots or acts of nature.
**********;*********;called in the fall of 2021 and asked us to return and repair a few spots on the driveway which we did. We also offered a Free / No Cost Sealcoating to **********;**** and he accepted. Fast forward to spring of 2022. **********;Boyd called and asked for us to return a second time And work on his driveway. Although the warranty on the signed estimate expired at the onset of winter 2021 we returned at the customers request to fix a few spots on his driveway but informed **********;*********;that the sealcoating this time would not be Free. We offered him a reduced cost of $300.00 for Sealcoating, which he accepted. We worked on the driveway to repair several of his new requests and also Sealcoat the driveway. We have not been paid the $300.00 as agreed. **********;*********;is asking us to return again and do further work on his driveway however the warranty is expired and we need to be paid $300 for the sealcoating.
